As the New York shows end, what will be seen on the RED CARPET? I can tell you what you won’t see is the simple one shoulder black dress that was SO last year. It won’t take much to predict the award season 2011.
And 2012, it’s GLAMOUR!
Fashion shows are seen by all the front row Hollywood gazers, they will be wearing the It look before it hits the fashion magazines.
Watch as the trend focuses on shoes (my favorite accessory) and the hem lines show themselves to be uneven!!
Zac Posen was all about long sleeve gowns, tight waisted and fuller skirts. Hot off the runway, the mermaid hemlines are for those who dare to splash!
Color will be off the charts, as we see purple and red, and green and yellow as in citrus shades.
Vera Wang never lets Hollywood down as semi-sheer for spring is it! I can’t wait to see how Hollywood works that out on the red carpet. We might see some real Kodak moments!! He He
Marchesa loves the metallic, fringe and all the feathers… I see this as RED CARPET GLAMOUR! I don’t think Paris could do better. Well, I can’t wait to see all my favorite stars and all their great styles at the Globes, SAG awards and the Oscars!
