It’s just amazing how two beautiful girls (Sue and Venita) can own, operate and sometimes cook in one of their four fabulous restaurants, Kontiki, Kontiki Too, Too Bizaare, and Tub Tim Thai!
Their latest one, Kontiki Too, opened in Delray Beach November 20, 2011. What a blast we had as several friends of theirs and mine (including Michael Israel, got together to party it up at the grand opening! And of course, Palm Beach Rox was there to film the opening…
The food was amazing and it never stopped coming out of the kitchen! There isn’t one dish on the menu that I don’t love and there are over 55 dishes you can choose from! Can you believe it?!
And where was Peter? (Maybe that’s what they mean by the Silent Partner!)
